Job Description:

Offsides Productions is seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to join their team. The manager will be responsible for developing and promoting Offsides’ social media channels and digital projects, expanding the company’s online presence, and collaborating with artists and campaign partners for digital engagement. The ideal candidate should have a passion for storytelling, a vision for justice, and expertise in launching and building audiences for digital videos and podcasts through social media.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of professional digital communications/social media experience
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout, and design skills
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Superior project management and time management skills
• Innovation, collaboration, and trustworthiness
• Ability to work well independently and collaboratively
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and Vimeo
• Proficient in social media scheduling platforms, Adobe Photoshop, and Google Drive apps

Other Information:

• Salary: $30,000-35,000/year (DOE)

• Work Schedule: 20 hours per week, 90% remote work with occasional travel
