Job Description

Titanium Properties Ltd. is seeking a Social Media Manager to join our real estate investment business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. This role includes managing content for our website and social media platforms, creating and curating engaging content, monitoring social media channels, managing advertising campaigns, and analyzing social media metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
• Proficient in using web analytics tools to track and measure social media performance
• Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager
• Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite or Sprout Social
• Basic video editing skills for creating engaging multimedia content
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for designing graphics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Knowledge of public relations principles is a plus
