Job Description

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Graphic Design and Print Associate who is looking to build a career and develop their future in print, design, and marketing. You will be working with the Store Manager on a variety of projects and will have the opportunity to make an instant impact using your skills, creativity, and personality.

The Role

• Design and produce various print projects such as posters, flyers, brochures, menus, promotional products, business cards, etc.
• Create print-ready files using client supplied artwork of various formats.
• Take creative briefs from clients to create visually appealing graphics and designs.
• Print production operating a Xerox printing device and other print related tasks including finishing and binding.
• Liaise with new and existing clients online and face to face.
• Liaise with external designers.
• Helping out in other areas of the business when required.

Requirements

• Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Good practical printing knowledge of digital & large format graphics.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field (preferred).
• Graphic design using Adobe Suite: 2+ years.
• Prior experience in the print industry would be an advantage.

Job Type and Salary

• Job Type: Part-time
• Salary: £13.15 per hour
• Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
