Job Description:

The Game Packaging Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing in-package graphics for board games. This includes utilizing team insights to guide design decisions, understanding brand strategy and objectives, conceptualizing innovative concepts, executing instruction guides and in-package printed collateral, and designing presentation decks and storyboards for game play videos. The role will also involve collaborating with development teams, attending project meetings, working within cost parameters, and abiding by legal and regulatory requirements. Additionally, the designer will manage projects and delegate individual assignments, prioritizing work and ensuring high-quality results.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Powerpoint, and keynote
• Video editing skills (After Effects or similar program preferred)
• Experience in packaging and print/color management
• Strong communication skills
• Associate’s degree in a related field
• 1 year of graphic design experience
• 1 year of experience with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
• 1 year of experience with gaming design
• Ability to commute to Pawtucket, RI 02862

• Expected salary: $29.00 - $32.00 per hour
