Job Description
Orion Group is seeking an Instructional Designer to work a remote role for a multinational pharmaceutical client. The primary objective is to facilitate the acquisition of knowledge, skills, and competencies and to develop instructional design assets in an effective and captivating manner. This position offers the opportunity to impact the learning journey significantly.
Requirements
- Education: BA/BS required.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of training/instructional design.
- Proficiency in project management, communication, conceptual abilities, and team orientation.
- Experience with rapid instructional design development tools like Articulate, Vyond, Canva, and video editing software.
- Ability to synthesize complex inputs into engaging learning objectives, activities, and assessments.
- Experience in organizing and co-facilitating online and live workshops.
Additional Information
Pay rates vary based on location, with health benefits offered. This is a full-time, contract role with expected hours of 40 per week. Benefits include 401(k) matching, dental insurance, health insurance, and vision insurance. The work location is entirely remote.
