Job Description

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement

- Manage all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok

- Create and curate engaging content for social media posts, including graphics, videos, and written copy

- Monitor social media trends and industry news to stay up-to-date with best practices

- Conduct social listening to gather insights and feedback from customers

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels

- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner

- Analyze social media metrics and generate reports on performance

Requirements

- Proficient in using social media management tools and platforms

- Strong knowledge of social media algorithms and best practices

- Experience with content creation

- Excellent communication skills and ability to write compelling copy

- Relationship management skills to engage with followers and build a strong online community

- Basic understanding of public relations concepts

- Ability to conduct research on industry trends and competitors

- Knowledge of graphic design principles is a plus
