Contract: Part Time, Contractor

Job Description:

A Stealth Start-up in Austin is seeking a Full Stack Developer to maintain, optimize, and expand the company’s first mobile application. The role involves collaborating with the current development team to understand the existing application, dashboard, and database for a seamless transition.

The Full Stack Developer will need proficiency in front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries. A visionary, innovative mindset with skills in visual design and utility is essential. Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities include collaborating with marketing and product teams, designing software solutions, building client-side and server-side architecture, developing databases and applications, testing software, troubleshooting, debugging, and creating security settings.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer
  • Experience in desktop and mobile applications development
  • Familiarity with common stacks, Microsoft 365 Admin, and Amazon Web Services
  • Knowledge of front-end languages and libraries such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery
  • Proficiency in back-end languages like C#, Java, Python, and JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, Node.js
  • Experience with databases like MySQL, MongoDB, web servers like Apache, and UI/UX design
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Analytical mindset
  • Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field

Additional Information:

This is a temporary-to-permanent job opportunity with growth potential to manage a team. The location is Bee Cave, TX, and applicants are required to relocate before starting work. The role is part-time, contract-based with an hourly pay range of $50.00 - $75.00, benefits include health insurance, and compensation package offers 1099 contract, bonus opportunities, and performance bonuses.
