Job Description:
The Java Full Stack Developer will collaborate with various team members to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements. They will plan and document technical specifications, design and build applications, write efficient code, conduct code reviews, mentor junior team members, enforce code standards, and ensure software quality standards are met. Additionally, they will stay updated with the latest technologies and drive innovation within the development team.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of solid full-stack experience in software development
- 7+ years of Java, Spring Boot, SQL, and Restful API development experience
- 3+ years of software development experience in the banking industry
- Proven success as a technical team leader
- Good communication and coaching skills
