Job Description

• Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple ministries on a wide range of materials
• Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
• Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials
• Use trend intelligence and knowledge of historical and current markets for designing
• Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions to improve design capabilities

Requirements

• Ability to collaborate and work well on a team
• Adequate communicator both verbally and written
• Gifted in graphic leadership and administration
• Ability to multitask
• Strong work ethic and exceptional creativity skills
• 2-3 years of experience with design software including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, or related discipline

The suburban city of Carlsbad is located in northern San Diego County, California. Surrounded by mountains, lagoons and the Pacific Ocean, the city is situated on the Pacific Coast about 35 miles north of San Diego and about 60 miles south of Anaheim.
