Job Description

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company goals.
• Manage all social media channels for brand consistency.
• Create engaging content including text, image, and video posts.
• Monitor social media for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly.
• Analyze performance metrics to optimize content and strategy.
• Stay updated on social media trends and best practices.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns and build relationships with influencers.
• Prepare reports on social media performance and monitor competitors and industry trends.
• Engage with new clients and collaborate on content creation with videographers.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and strong communication skills.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills for strategy development.
• Creativity and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of social media advertising platforms and graphic design tools preferred.
• Experience with SEO principles is an advantage.
