Job Description
This is a contract hybrid role for a Junior Video Editor at Caret, a video marketing company based in Wooster, OH. The Junior Video Editor will be responsible for video production, video editing, color grading, motion graphics, and graphics. Some remote work is acceptable for this role.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Video Production, Video Editing, and Video Color Grading
- Skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics
- Experience with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop
- Familiarity with video codecs and compression methodologies
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Video Production, or related field (not preferred)
Additional Skills
- Experience with sound editing, 2D/3D animation, and photography
- Knowledge of live streaming, social media, and marketing is a plus
