JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Creative Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for defining the brand’s visual identity through digital and print marketing materials. Your duties will include collaborating on marketing campaigns, graphic design, content creation, social media/web design, and merchandising.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of graphic design experience, preferably in retail

Design Skills:

• Proficiency in graphic design software
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and print design work
• Expertise in crafting visual narratives across various platforms

Photography:

• Ability to capture images and videos in different environments

Communication and Collaboration:

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Flexibility:

• Adaptability to a dynamic work environment

Additional Skills:

• Preference for merchandising skills
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus
• Knowledge of current design and merchandising trends
• Passion for outdoor activities

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

LOCATION, HOURS, SALARY:
Position based in Billings or Helena, MT with occasional travel for outdoor photography. Part-time hourly or contract job, potential for full-time hybrid sales/merchandising role. Salary based on experience.
