Job Description

This position involves creating or modifying computer images and graphics, developing storyboards, and other production elements for videos and photographs. Responsibilities include reviewing and editing photos and scripts for coordination and continuity, selecting scenes to be photographed or recorded, digitizing and editing source materials, and preparing videos by combining visual and audio elements.

Requirements

To qualify for this role, candidates must have progressive professional videography/photography experience, a portfolio demonstrating well-executed photos and videos, and expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and other editing software. An undergraduate degree in communications or related fields is preferred. Proficiency in operating cameras and video equipment, understanding of photography and audiovisual production principles, and the ability to effectively plan and execute audiovisual productions are also required.

Additional Information

• This position may require working an uncommon tour of duty, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• The duty location is JBSA Fort Sam Houston, with frequent work at JBSA Randolph and JBSA-Lackland.
• Applicants must complete a background investigation, consent to pre-employment and random drug testing, and hold a valid driver’s license.
