Booking system for long term apartment rentals

I am an entrepreneur based in the UK, seeking a seasoned back-end developer for a personal project. The task entails developing a booking system for long-term apartment rentals. The system should feature map integration, a user-friendly interface for property owners to upload their own apartments, and facilities for photo and video uploads. Moreover, it should have reservation and enquiry buttons, with the back-end going to third-party apartment landlords. This UK-based system is planned to expand to other countries, hence it needs to support multiple languages. The developer can work remotely.
