Job Description
Blue Carbon Design is seeking an Entry Level Graphic Designer to join their team. This is a full-time position based in south Overland Park. The designer will be involved in various design projects, primarily focusing on business collateral for new home communities.
Requirements & Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat
- Strong skills in layout design, logo design, and color theory
- Experience in vector illustration
- Ability to generate creative ideas and present multiple styles and color options for print and digital media
- Excellent communication skills with customers
- Familiarity with Facebook and Instagram posting
- Collaborative team player with professionalism
Responsibilities
- Assist in branding, logo design, e-blast, e-flyer creation, advertisements, social media graphics, and more
- Maintain and update over 50 websites with client information
Other Information
- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
- Expected hours: 40 per week
- Benefits: Paid time off
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
- Experience: Adobe InDesign: 1 year, Adobe Photoshop: 1 year, Adobe Illustrator: 1 year (Required)
