Job Description:

• Strategy Development: Collaborate to create social media strategies aligned with marketing goals.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging content for various social media platforms.
• Community Management: Monitor conversations, engage with the audience, and address inquiries.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive engagement.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track metrics, analyze data, and provide reports to the marketing team.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and optimize strategies.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to align social media activities with brand objectives.
• Brand Advocacy: Cultivate relationships with influencers and industry partners to enhance brand reach.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with graphic design and video editing software.
• Certification in social media marketing or related field.
• Experience managing social media accounts for restaurants, nightclubs, and events.
