Job Description:

Lifeline Primary Care is seeking a talented and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. As the Manager, Social Media (Hybrid), you will be responsible for planning, managing, and measuring social media marketing efforts to make health care services more accessible to patients, particularly from multilingual immigrant and refugee communities. Your role will involve creating engaging content, monitoring social media channels, analyzing performance, and implementing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, health care marketing, or related field

- 3+ years of experience in social media platforms

- Proficiency in using web analytics tools like Tableau and Google Analytics

- Experience in content and product marketing development and execution

- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and management tools like Buffer or Hootsuite

- Ability to conduct research, use Google Analytics to track website traffic, and create visual content

Other Information:

- Full-time or contract position

- Pay range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

- Expected hours: 40 per week
