Job Description

This position is to design user interfaces and screens for a large finance web application and mobile app that is customer-facing. Responsibilities include creating mockups and prototypes, reviewing customer analytics and feedback survey results to enhance user experience, and collaborating with agile software development teams.

Requirements

- 3+ years demonstrated UX design experience

- Experience designing user interfaces for web and mobile apps

- Experience reviewing customer analytics and feedback

- Familiarity with Figma or equivalent design tools

- Proficiency in creating wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Ability to lead design discussions and incorporate branding and design system components

- Experience designing customer-facing service applications

- Strong design thinking skills and ability to comprehend business requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Marketing-related field

- Minimum 4-7 years of work experience in a team environment
