Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Production Artist/Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This is a freelance part-time, on-site position, 16-24 hours a week minimum (2-3 days a week on-site). This role will be pivotal in ensuring a consistent and compelling visual identity across various touchpoints. Your expertise in design principles, typography, and execution will be key to elevating our brand presence. Join us in shaping the visual identity of our brands and making a significant impact on our marketing initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 5-10 years of design and production art experience.
• BFA or BA in graphic design or a degree in a related field is preferred.
• Experience in CPG design (brand identity, package, marketing, and trade design) is required.
• Demonstrated success from concept to production in a CPG company or a design firm.
• Highly proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator)

Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of design and brand identity principles.
• A comprehensive knowledge and understanding of design principles, emphasizing the use of typography and photography in layout.
• Utilize a strong typographic skillset to produce unique wordmarks, logos, iconography, etc.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, shifting focus as needed to meet business priorities.
• Ability to work independently and remain flexible in an agile culture.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

Additional Information

The range for this role is $25-35 per hour depending on experience, skills, and education. Pulmuone is a global, distributed workforce in four countries.
