Job Description

The Junior Graphic Designer at Aventon is responsible for elevating and evolving the visual identity of Aventon’s product lines. This role involves contributing to brand strategy, executing visually stunning graphics across various mediums, and maintaining consistency in brand representation. The position reports to the Creative Director and works alongside the Senior Graphic Designer.

Responsibilities:

• Aid in developing and maintaining brand standards.
• Refine brand identities aligned with target customers and marketing strategies.
• Contribute to the strategic vision of Aventon’s visual identity.
• Design impactful graphics for various channels such as email marketing, social media, and printed materials.
• Collaborate in shaping the visual direction of the e-commerce website.
• Oversee the creation of printed materials and product packaging.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Experience in graphic design with a focus on brand development.
• Previous experience in action sports, outdoor/recreation, or cycling industry is a plus.
• Portfolio showcasing diverse graphic design skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in 3D animation is desirable.
