Job Description

Develop and execute social media strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement, focusing on coffee expertise, retail coffee sales, product making, and wholesale clients. Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, manage the social media calendar, monitor trends and messages, collaborate with the marketing team, analyze data, manage relationships with influencers, and collaborate with designers and photographers.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager

- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube)

- Proficiency in social media management tools like Hootsuite

- Understanding of social media marketing techniques and best practices

- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple social media accounts

- Organizational and time management skills

Work Schedule

- About 8 hours per week scheduled at the Crystal Lake warehouse for planning, editing, and filming content

- The remaining 8 hours per week scheduled on-location at cafes, wholesale accounts, or events

Additional Information

- Pay: From $22.00 per hour
