Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager and Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty and fashion, along with a keen eye for creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality, visually stunning content for various clients within the beauty and fashion industry.
• Develop and execute content strategies for in-feed posts, stories, reels, and TikTok videos.
• Utilize creative apps and tools to enhance content with movement, graphics, and effects.
• Stay updated on industry trends and algorithms to ensure maximum reach and engagement.
• Manage content calendars for clients, including scheduling posts, utilizing hashtags, and determining optimal posting times.
• Liaise with influencers and coordinate collaborations when necessary.
• Assist with content shooting, whether in clinics or with products, ensuring high-quality output.
• Provide monthly content calendars with strategic suggestions for promotions and offers to increase following, engagement, and sales.
• Assist with rebranding efforts and maintain brand consistency across all platforms.

Requirements

• Passion for beauty and fashion industries.
• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• Proficiency in creating compelling content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Strong understanding of copyright laws, scheduling tools, and analytics.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with shooting content in various settings.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with a knack for staying ahead of trends.

Additional Information

• Minimum wage compensation in accordance with UK regulations.
• Expected hours: 20 per week.
