Job Description

The Social Media Customer Service Representative at GWR plays a key role in providing exceptional customer service across various social media platforms. Responsibilities include monitoring, responding to, and tagging posts, ensuring accurate and relevant information is provided to customers, managing customer feedback and complaints, and promoting the company’s services.

Requirements

Location

The role is based at Milford House in Central Swindon, conveniently located near the mainline station with direct services to London, Bristol, and Gloucester.

Working Pattern

Employees will work 37 hours per week, including every other weekend. Shifts vary and may include early mornings, late evenings, and weekends, with daytime shifts at the office and late shifts and weekends worked from home.
