Job Description:

The Director of Omnichannel Marketing at adidas is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across all channels to support sustainable market share growth. This role includes planning and executing campaigns, managing budgets, collaborating with stakeholders, and overseeing team management.

Requirements:

• University degree in Business or equivalent professional experience
• 12+ years of Retail or Marketing experience, with 3-4 years of Retail experience
• 5-6 years of management experience
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong business acumen and understanding of Retail KPIs
• Excellent interpersonal, networking, and negotiating skills
• Leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

Additional Information:

The role also involves defining and owning the development of yearly Omnichannel Marketing calendars, driving business metrics, managing key relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and being fluent in English and Arabic.
