Job Description

In search of an experienced Part-Time Assistant Video Editor with an interest in becoming an integral part of an established boutique post house in Nashville, TN working in corporate video, music, and documentary. Preference will be given to applicants available 9am-5pm Mon-Wed for 8-10hr shifts, but there is some level of flexibility. Must possess a sense of urgency and have the will to meet deadlines. Rates are based on the budget of each project, and overtime rates are guaranteed for any night or weekend work. Assistant will edit remotely to start but also have the ability to make runs, pickup assets, and occasionally assist on-set, managing data for productions in the Nashville metro. Dependable vehicle is a must. Mileage and a gas stipend will be provided. Candidates must be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and After Effects, and those who have an intermediate to high level of animation experience, including the use of Mocha AE are encouraged to apply.
