Job Description

SGA is seeking a Full Stack Developer for a contract assignment with an Investment Banking services client in New York, NY. The developer will be responsible for engineering solutions integrating Voice and Data Network Infrastructure platforms. They will work on both front-end and back-end architecture to deliver exceptional user experiences, contribute to the development cycle, write quality unit tests, and ensure application performance and code quality. Additionally, the developer will collaborate with the team, conduct code reviews, and share expertise to improve processes and productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or engineering.
• 10-14 years experience designing and developing Web Applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Proficiency with front-end frameworks like ReactJS and React Testing Library.
• Knowledge of source code repositories, work tracking applications, scripting, and programming skills.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.
• Experience with SQL, data analysis, and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with ExtJS and/or REACT is necessary.
• Scripting Skills: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, ExtJS, Node.js, HTML5, CSS.
• Data Skills: Ability to analyze and correlate data from different sources.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Network and Automation Tooling like Ansible, Spectrum, and Infoblox.
• Understanding of routers, switches, network components, and enterprise voice systems.
• Experience in a regulated industry with knowledge of change control, risk, and audit.
