Job Description
SAUCE Advertising is seeking a freelance Social Media Specialist to work approximately 15-20 hours a week. Responsibilities include crafting engaging content, designing posts, scheduling posts, analyzing metrics, and summarizing reporting for clients in the HVAC, flooring, plumbing, and other home services industries.
Requirements
- Communication skills for engagement with team members and target audiences
- Creativity to produce on-brand and platform-specific content
- Proficiency in technology to understand and measure success using agency tools
- Effective time management for task organization, scheduling, and reporting
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing or related field
- Minimum of two years experience managing multiple social media accounts in tandem

- Location: Candidates must be located in Brookfield, WI for onboarding and communication purposes.
- Job Type: Contract
- Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
- Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
- Benefits: Flexible schedule
