Job Description
FDP is seeking a part-time freelance social media manager & content creator specialized in fairs & festivals. Responsibilities include creating organic social media strategy, managing content calendar, online community, pulling monthly reports, creating content, and providing on-site social media coverage at client events.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have freelance social media management experience, live event experience (fairs preferred), be comfortable with a DSLR or mirrorless camera, willing to learn, willing to travel, knowledgeable in Meta platforms and TikTok, experienced in designing and executing organic social campaigns, familiar with Canva, G-Suite, and CapCut. Southern California-based, with San Diego preferred. Part-time contract, ~10 hours per week with potential for growth.
Compensation
$30 per hour remote work (max 50 hours per month), $300 per working day plus per diem for event travel. Contract 1099 only.
