What You’ll Do:
- Organizational Wizardry: Keep our office running smoothly by managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence with precision and finesse.
- Data Management: Dive into the digital realm as you maintain and update records, databases, and inventory systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency in our operations.
- Social Media Savvy: Utilize your social media experience to assist in managing our TikTok Shop presence, including content creation, engagement with followers, and staying abreast of trends in the social media landscape.
- Customer Communication: Serve as a friendly and professional point of contact for customers and partners, addressing inquiries and providing support with a smile.
- Team Support: Collaborate closely with our team to streamline processes, coordinate shipments, and tackle administrative tasks with a can-do attitude.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred
- Social media experience, particularly with platforms like TikTok, Instagram, or others, is a must
