What You’ll Do:

  • Organizational Wizardry: Keep our office running smoothly by managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence with precision and finesse.
  • Data Management: Dive into the digital realm as you maintain and update records, databases, and inventory systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency in our operations.
  • Social Media Savvy: Utilize your social media experience to assist in managing our TikTok Shop presence, including content creation, engagement with followers, and staying abreast of trends in the social media landscape.
  • Customer Communication: Serve as a friendly and professional point of contact for customers and partners, addressing inquiries and providing support with a smile.
  • Team Support: Collaborate closely with our team to streamline processes, coordinate shipments, and tackle administrative tasks with a can-do attitude.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Previous administrative or office experience preferred
  • Social media experience, particularly with platforms like TikTok, Instagram, or others, is a must

Job Type: Temp-to-hire

Pay: $19.99 - $21.01 per hour
