Job Description

Budgie Vision is looking for a skilled Video Editor to help create compelling visual content for various purposes, including promotional videos, commercials, corporate videos, and social media content. The Video Editor will collaborate with the production team to produce high-quality video content that meets clients’ objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage to produce high-quality video content
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements
• Enhance video content with visual effects and motion graphics
• Edit and mix audio tracks to create a seamless audio-visual experience
• Review and revise video edits based on feedback
• Organize and manage video assets and project files efficiently

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Video Editing, or related field preferred
• Proven experience as a video editor in a media production or creative agency
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Strong understanding of video editing techniques
• Creative vision and storytelling skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication, collaboration, organizational, and time management skills

Other Information

• Job Type: Part-time, Contract
• Pay: $24.00 - $33.00 per hour
• Benefits: 401(k), Flexible schedule, Health insurance, Paid time off, Vision insurance
• Schedule: 4-hour shift, Day shift, Evening shift, Monday to Friday, Overtime, Weekends as needed
• Experience: Final Cut Pro and Adobe Photoshop preferred
