Job Description
As a UI/UX Designer in New Hudson, MI, you will work closely with stakeholders to analyze and understand business problems, develop business requirements, and evaluate processes to ensure IT solutions support business initiatives. You will be responsible for documenting existing and proposed business processes and functional specifications.
Requirements
Required Skills/Experience:
- Proven analytical ability related to analysis of functional business processes
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proven organization and attention to detail
- 3 years of Business Analyst experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead and drive initiatives through consensus-building
- Ability to learn and understand new concepts (both business and technical) quickly
- Strong technology skills with proficiency in PC based applications such as MS Office and Internet-based applications
- Proficiency with Visio and FIGMA or similar tools
- Experience with UI/UX design
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Agile development experience
- Experience with JIRA
- Additional UI/UX design experience
Education/Certifications:
- BS degree preferred

- Job Type: Contract
- Pay: $40.00 - $44.00 per hour
- Expected hours: 40 per week
- Experience level: 5 years
- Schedule: 8-hour shift
- Location: Hybrid remote in New Hudson, MI 48165
