Contract: Part-time

Job Description

Beachwood Brewing is looking for a part-time Social Media Specialist to create engaging content and foster community interaction on the brand’s social platforms, focusing on food and craft beverages.

Responsibilities include:

  • Owning and managing social media calendars
  • Writing brand-relevant copy
  • Creating and editing content for various social media platforms
  • Moderating comments and engagement
  • Producing event graphics and complying with ABC rules
  • Analyzing page performance and integrating new trends

Content capture duties entail:

  • Attending events for content
  • Traveling to different Beachwood locations for content

Requirements

  • Minimum 21 years old
  • At least 2 years of professional social media experience
  • Own camera and equipment for photography/videography
  • Access to a vehicle for travel to various locations
  • Able to lift 20 pounds
  • Available for occasional nights and weekends
  • Proficient in creating quality content of food, beverages, and people
  • Skilled in Canva, Lightroom, and other design apps
  • Strong communication skills with attention to detail
  • Passion for the brand and industry awareness
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects

Additional Information

  • Reports to: Marketing Director
  • Position Type: Part-time (20-22 hours weekly)
  • Hybrid work model in Orange County, CA area
  • Pay: $20-$25 per hour based on experience
