Job Description

The Senior Creative & Content Manager will be responsible for developing and testing a roadmap for creating new and evolving content across all Threads channels. They will lead the design of creative content for social media, website, and digital marketing, ensuring visual consistency and maximizing impact across all consumer touchpoints.

Key responsibilities include establishing the social first creative playbook, providing guidance and direction to creative and content teams, collaborating on marketing campaigns, and working closely with the Fashion Director to highlight key thematic stories.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will support the business’ commercial strategy, generate market-leading content that resonates with the Threads audience, and possess a strong understanding of global social media trends. They should have a creative mindset, knowledge of paid social strategies, and the ability to balance art and science in delivering creative ideas within a commercial environment.

Other requirements include familiarity with luxury fashion brands, the ability to craft content around product stories, and the skills to lead and motivate a creative team.
