Job Description

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, translating, and implementing marketing and branding strategies into innovative campaigns. This includes creating graphic content, email templates, logos, print products, and cross-platform design deliverables. You will also design layouts for web pages and applications, create wireframes, and work with developers to implement visual elements of websites. Additionally, you will provide strategic and creative direction, oversee brand consistency, manage other designers, and mentor junior designers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience as a senior graphic designer or in a lead design role. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be an expert in Adobe Creative Suite, and proficient in task management systems. Knowledge of Monday.com and familiarity with CAD files is a bonus. Strong attention to detail, a self-started attitude, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and the capability to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision are key traits for this role.

Additional Information

• This is a part-time role with a pay rate ranging from $36.00 to $46.00 per hour
• Expected hours are 16 to 24 per week, Monday to Friday
• This role is based in Danville, CA, with some flexibility to work from home once established

• Required experience in graphic design (4 years) and real estate (1 year)
• Ability to commute to Danville, CA 94526 is required
• Relocation to Danville, CA 94526 before starting work is required
• Work location is in-person
