Job Description
This nationwide community mural program aims to celebrate communities across America and is an integral part of new or transformed facilities. NOW Art, a public art agency, collaborates with clients to curate artworks and engage artists nationwide. Community murals are prominently displayed in various locations, with new original artworks unveiled weekly.
Requirements
Artists must create compositions in styles such as contemporary, street art, illustration, landscape, and watercolor. Selected artists will need to work remotely to create designs in high-resolution format that will be printed and installed by our organization. Important skills and qualities include timeliness, attention to detail, communication, and experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of compositions.
Other Information
Compensation for each mural project is up to $1,000. Inclusion in the artist directory does not guarantee a mural commission. Interested individuals must apply using the Request for Qualifications form provided in the job description. Residents of the United States and Puerto Rico are eligible for this opportunity.
