Job Description

Crack Corn is seeking a dynamic Graphic Design & Social Media Specialist to elevate our brand presence across print and digital platforms. As a key member of our team, you will blend artistic talent with strategic thinking to produce compelling visuals, engaging social media content, and impactful videos that resonate with our audience. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape our brand narrative through creative storytelling and innovative design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visually compelling marketing materials including digital ads, social media graphics, infographics, and video content.
• Create visually engaging graphics for social media platforms like Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Manage and grow social media presence to drive engagement and community interaction.
• Develop and execute social media strategies and campaigns to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Create and edit videos for various platforms while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver cohesive visual assets supporting marketing initiatives.
• Assist in maintaining and updating the website with eye-catching visuals and content.
• Produce high-quality product photography.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, social media, and video production.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or related experience in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in graphic design, social media management, and video production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and video editing software.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and trends.
• Creative flair with a strong eye for detail and design aesthetics.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Physical Requirements

• Perform physical activities such as setting up for an event.
• Standing, sitting, and working at a desk on a computer.
• Lift at least 25 pounds up to 50 pounds.

• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
• Pay: From $15.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
