Job Description:

As a Graphic Designer on our team, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to contribute to the visual identity and branding of our events, facility structures, websites, social media, retail, and other sales and marketing materials. You will collaborate closely with our creative department and marketing teams to create engaging and visually appealing designs that connect with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

GRAPHIC DESIGN

• Create and maintain consistent design elements that align with our brand guidelines.
• Design event marketing materials such as logos, apparel, social media assets, websites, and promotional materials.
• Design materials that align with the corporate identity and branding guidelines for the company and its subsidiaries.

BRANDING

• Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print materials by strongly advocating brand discipline.

WEB DESIGN

• Assist with updating WordPress websites, including text, images, and graphics. Knowledge of web design best practices is strongly preferred.
• Design and optimize website graphics and user interfaces to enhance the user experience.
• Create visually appealing landing pages and promotional banners.

MARKETING COLLATERAL

• Design marketing materials, such as postcards, brochures, flyers, and presentations, to support sales and promotional efforts. Contribute to the visual storytelling of our products and services.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION

• Work closely with the marketing, operations, and facilities teams to understand design requirements and align designs with project goals.
• Collaborate with printers and vendors by providing them with mockups, precise instructions, and production-ready files.

ADAPTABILITY

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design tools, and bring innovative ideas to the table.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). Experience with Adobe Express or Canva is a plus.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace/Suite (Drive, Gmail, Google Meet, Docs, Sheets, Forms, and Slides) or Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated experience in web design and familiarity with content management systems, particularly WordPress.
• A portfolio showcasing your creativity, design skills, and previous work in both print and digital media.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to meeting project deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous experience in the sports industry or working with youth-oriented brands is a plus.
