Job Description

The Communications Department of the Laborers’ International Union of North America is seeking a temporary Graphic Designer for its Regional Office in East Brunswick, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the communications team to create engaging and compelling designs for various media including print and digital formats.

Requirements

The successful candidate should:

• Care about the work of Labor Unions
• Have expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Provide a proven portfolio of recent work
• Be able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in creative communications
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or fine arts

Additional Information

Position Specifications: Work is performed in office at the Eastern Region in East Brunswick. 25-40 hours a week. LIUNA is an EEO/AA Employer. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary. Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour. Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week. Experience: Graphic design: 1 year (Preferred), Adobe Creative Suite: 1 year (Preferred), Adobe Illustrator: 1 year (Preferred).
