Job Description

The social media specialist at Blanchard will be responsible for executing social media campaigns to boost online branding and engage with clients through various platforms. This role includes managing personal brand strategies for subject matter experts to increase their followers and establish them as thought leaders in the industry.

Requirements

• BA/BS in marketing, communications, or a related field
• 1 - 3 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with graphic design skills as a plus
• Knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok) and algorithms
• Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and social media management tools (Oktopost, HubSpot, HootSuite)
• Strong creativity, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Video editing skills, especially for short-form content

Other Information

The hourly rate for this part-time role is between $31.00 - $36.00 per hour for approximately 20 hours per week. The work environment is predominantly in an office setting requiring adaptability, multitasking, communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
