Job Description:

DMACC Marketing and Public Relations is seeking a talented part-time, temporary graphic designer proficient in graphic design software to handle the final stages of design projects. Responsibilities include formatting graphics, color corrections, editing layouts, error checking, and optimizing files for various platforms.

Essential functions include designing promotional materials for the college and programs, developing ads and event materials, designing displays and signs, and coordinating with customers and vendors.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of graphic design experience. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshelter, project management software (such as Asana, Trello, etc.), and Miro. Strong self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Desired qualifications include experience in an advertising agency, designing ad creatives for various platforms, and graphic design experience with firms or educational institutions.
