Job Description

We are a national supplement brand seeking a talented Video Editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for storytelling through video content and possess expertise in post-production techniques. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for crafting visually compelling videos that resonate with our audience.

• Edit and assemble raw footage into a polished video product
• Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements
• Utilize industry-standard software such as Avid, Adobe After Effects, and Capture One
• Incorporate typography and graphics to enhance videos
• Manage content within various content management systems
• Ensure video and audio quality meets company standards
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video editing
• Work on projects ranging from short-form social media clips to longer cinematic pieces

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role

- Proficiency in video editing software such as Avid, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Final Cut Pro

- Solid understanding of color correction, audio mixing, and motion graphics

- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator for graphic design elements

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

- Knowledge of photo editing software is a plus

- Degree in Film Studies, Media Production, or related field is preferred

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
