Job Description:

• Design and execute creative assets for marketing materials, including social media graphics, website visuals, email campaigns, and promotional items.
• Create illustrations, patterns, and design elements that align with our brand identity, for use across various projects.
• Develop simple yet impactful icons to support web and mobile interfaces, ensuring they are intuitive and cohesive with the overall design.
• Collaborate with the marketing and program teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print media.
• Stay abreast of design trends and incorporate modern design techniques into your work.

Requirements:

• Proven graphic design and illustration experience, with a portfolio that showcases a wide range of projects, including graphic design, illustration, and iconography.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with icon design best practices.
• Strong sense of composition, color, and typography, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
• While most of the work will be done remotely, the ability to travel to Williston Vermont for occasional meetings with the marketing manager is necessary.
