Job Description

To join our experienced Retail and Hotel Team and work on a broad range of projects from luxury retailers to high-end hotels. The Middleweight 3D will work closely with the Senior 3D Creative team on concept design, 3D visualisation, sourcing materials, creative presentations, and detail drawing packages.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop concept designs in response to client or internal briefs.
• Manage time efficiently to reflect project programs.
• Produce conceptual sketches and technical detailed drawing packages.
• Source materials, mentor junior colleagues, and build relationships with internal teams, clients, and consultants.
• Attend client and site meetings and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Proven track record in Retail and Hotel design.
• Experience with procedures and dealing professionally with project managers and consultants.
• Ability to sketch, produce 3D visualisation, and understand detailed drawings.
• Experience in putting together presentations, information packages, finishes schedules, and specifications.
• Inquisitive approach, good eye for design, and awareness of architecture/design trends.
• Proficient in VectorWorks, Cinema 4D, InDesign, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills, proactive, a team player, and self-motivated.
