Job Description

Hummel North America is looking to expand its design portfolio with the addition of a Graphic Designer. The ideal candidate possesses excellent project and time management skills, an artistic and creative mindset, and a passion for sport fashion. This role requires collaboration with other designers in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment to innovate on soccer jersey designs. Hummel is seeking to fill two part-time Graphic Designer positions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with technical jersey and apparel designs for Hummel North America’s Club portfolio.
• Create mood boards, tech packs, design implementation, and collaborate with external designers.
• Manage design projects in coordination with the social media team on graphic buildouts and content calendar.
• Work closely with the customer service team to keep website graphics updated according to Hummel campaigns and marketing strategies.
• Build product catalogs, look books, color guides, and best practices decks to streamline the custom design process.
• Respond to design-focused customer service requests via email, text, or call.
• Assist in private label design and capsule apparel creation.
• Create custom proposal decks as needed.
• Design and assist with sales collateral and marketing materials including customer proposals, pitch decks, and promotional pieces.
• Other duties as assigned by the management team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Suite and other technical design platforms.
• Participation in team strategic planning sessions.
• Active team player with a solution-focused mindset.
• Ability to work in an open, creative environment with multiple departments on simultaneous projects.
