Job Description

As a UX/UI designer, you will be responsible for building usable, enjoyable, and accessible end-to-end user experiences. Your role includes participating in all phases of the UX design process: project discovery, planning, user research, high fidelity, interactive prototype design, and collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to deliver and track impact. You will deeply understand customer needs, investigate design requirements for digital assets, and produce high-quality solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes. The goal is to create experiences that simplify complex topics and facilitate delightful user interactions.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.

• A portfolio showcasing professional UI/UX design work for responsive web, iOS, and Android.

• An obsession with simplifying complex experiences and reducing customer friction through design.

• Working knowledge of Figma, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team or independently.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience working closely with product managers and engineers.

• Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

• A growth mindset and adaptability to learn about different customers, business lines, methods, and processes.

• An interest in staying updated with best practices and emerging trends in UX/UI design.

Additional Information

For remote and hybrid positions, applicants must provide reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection, as well as a dedicated workspace with limited disruption. Necessary computer equipment will be supplied.

Salary Range
