Requirements

Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing never-before-seen TV episodes before release.
• Using Adobe Suite to produce high-quality short-form video content for US clients.
• Designing new or working with existing motion graphics packages.
• Suggesting creative solutions and presenting innovative content ideas.
• Self-evaluating and reviewing personal work before submission.
• Developing skills through collaboration and independent research.

Qualifications important for the role:

• Intermediate to advanced understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
• Willingness and determination to learn, even if proficiency levels vary.
• Knowledge of encoding and optimization for specific social platforms.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong editorial sense.
• Flexibility to adjust to feedback and changing priorities.
• High work ethic and self-motivation.

Flexibility: As a remote-first company, we support 100% remote working with standard hours starting at 10am GMT. Candidates should be open to working at least one late shift (1:30pm-10pm GMT) per week for US clients.

Salary and Benefits

Salary is up to £27,000 per year, depending on experience and skills. Fixed-term contract until the end of January 2025, with the potential for extension into a permanent position.
