As a Social Media Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving our brand forward and increasing visibility across all digital platforms. This role provides an opportunity to partner with us and help shape the brand’s voice and growth, all while earning uncapped commissions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing social media campaigns that drive business results, ideally in travel, lifestyle, or e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of creating conversion-driven content and leveraging analytics for optimization.
• Ability to balance creative storytelling with a performance-driven mindset to grow engagement and sales.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit motivated by results.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative ability with the team.
• Experience with content creation tools, ad platforms, and social media analytics.

What You’ll Do

• Create and execute a winning social media strategy to increase visibility, engagement, and sales.
• Develop engaging content and campaigns aligned with Dreamland’s mission.
• Grow and engage the audience across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Manage daily posting, content creation, and audience interaction for all platforms.
• Collaborate closely with the team to align marketing with current offerings, promotions, and branding.
• Analyze data to continuously optimize campaigns and maximize sales.
• Drive direct sales conversions through social media promotions.
