Job Description

Truthpaste is seeking a Social Media & Content Assistant to join our dynamic and innovative team dedicated to providing high-quality natural and plastic-free oral care products. The successful candidate will work closely with the founder to assist with all aspects of social media marketing, including analyzing data and analytics, writing scripts, responding to DMs and comments, filming content, and collaborating with affiliates. This is a part-time, hybrid role, requiring travel to our unit in Brighton for on-site filming.

Requirements

Skills & Experience:

  • Analytical thinking with a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Video editing skills
  • Copywriting expertise
  • Photography skills
  • Digital Design / Graphic design abilities
  • Experience using Instagram & TikTok for business

Duties:

  • Manage affiliates, ambassadors, and UGC creators, including creating briefs and onboarding.
  • Respond to DM messages and comments.
  • Analyze social media performance and conduct research.
  • Work with the founder to develop and implement social media strategies.
  • Write and edit scripts for video content.
  • Create hooks, taglines, and captions.
  • Feature in some content—must be comfortable talking to the camera.
  • Create graphics for static ads and posts.
  • Assist in creating engaging ad content.
