Job Description

Black & Grey HR is hiring for a renowned University in the UAE for the position of Social Media Specialist. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and maintain the organization’s social media platforms, create compelling content, and analyze performance metrics. This position focuses on executing social media tactics and strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage with the audience, and support marketing objectives.

Key responsibilities include managing various social media platforms, creating engaging content, monitoring social media trends, responding to inquiries, collaborating with internal stakeholders, planning advertising campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, staying updated with trends, and building a network of social media influencers.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations.
• Minimum of three years of experience in managing social media platforms and executing social media tactics.

Knowledge & Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Proficient in creating engaging content for social media, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
• Familiarity with social media management tools, analytics platforms, and influencer management platforms.
• Understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset and ability to interpret social media metrics.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content ideas.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
