Job Description

We’re seeking a UI/UX Front-End Designer to translate designs into thoughtful experiences centered around our customers. Our ideal candidate should have strong design, attention to detail, and communication skills. This candidate will work alongside our web team to determine the needs of the business, lead brainstorming sessions, generate mock-ups in Figma, and present prototypes to leadership to optimize our website.

Requirements
Essential Functions:
- Create content webpages, such as articles and success stories using templated structures and update existing pages across 27 websites.
- Build customized designs and experiences through Figma based on heavy research of competitors, using best practices for UI/UX including mobile and responsive site design.
- Assist in maintaining a component library within Figma.
- Successfully coordinate projects across functional teams with strong project management skills.
- Work with translation vendors for translations across all brands.
- Manage intake forms from the business for changes needed to the website.
- Maintain our offices listings through a third-party platform as well as TEKsystems.com.
- Maintain the site architecture document that houses all pages on the website.
- Ability to size and source images for the website that aligns with the brand.
- Test all webpages for accessibility and make recommendations on necessary changes.
- Maintain updated knowledge of new and emerging industry trends and technology, proactively bringing up ideas for enhancements to the websites.
- Gather reporting from GA4 and Sitecore to tell a full story based on new designs and webpages.
- Proactively research competitive landscapes to learn new tools, skills, and aspects of marketing and design.
- Collaborate with the development team to complete projects and immerse in their front-end processes.
- Frequently collaborate with back-end web developers, Sitecore admins, graphic designers, and copywriters.
- Read all content thoroughly to provide design solutions supporting overall projects and goals; demonstrate a firm understanding of the brand style.
- Document all newly created functionality, animation, and components within a component guide.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in web design (or UI/UX), graphic design, communications, or a related field or 5+ years of experience.
- Developed skills in organization and project management.
- Strong presentation skills required.
- Ability to receive and provide constructive feedback.
- Keen problem-solving and organizational abilities necessary.
- Strong design and typography skills.
- A solid understanding of graphic design, web technologies, and wireframing tools within Figma.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and maintain current skills and knowledge.
- Understanding of web markup, including HTML.
- Extensive capabilities in the Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, InDesign, Figma.
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions.
- Understanding of GA4 and analytics.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75,000.00 - $75,000.00/yr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
